Bob formed White & Associates CPAs, P.A. in 2016, after over 35 years of being a Tax Partner in two regional and multi-office CPA firms. During his time at these firms, he specialized in serving family and closely held businesses with tax planning strategies and implementation. He also provided business and financial consulting, cost segregation studies and other specialized tax services. In addition to his client responsibilities, he served on the CPA Firms’ Board of Directors and Management Committee. He also headed the Florida real estate practice and firm wide cost segregation services. He personally has supervised over 200 Cost Segregation Study projects.

 

The expertise Bob has developed over the past 40-plus years is evident in the high-quality services he provides to his clients, even in the most challenging circumstances. Bob’s diverse range of accounting and business expertise, allows him the ability offer smart business advice beyond the traditional services. Bob’s specific industry experience includes real estate, entrepreneurs, family owned businesses, health care, medical and dental, retail, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, convenience stores, various professional services and nonprofit organizations.

 

Bob is a respected professional within the regional marketplace. He is actively involved with the local community and serves a number of nonprofit organizations. Over the years, he has spoken at local and national seminars on various real estate tax saving opportunities including cost segregation. He has also authored articles on condominium associations, the investment of real estate in IRAs, cost segregation and timeshare operations.

 

When he is not working, Bob enjoys golf, his four grand-children and participating and contributing to sports charities. Bob has over 25 years supporting charities that sponsor the PGA TOUR in Tampa Bay and has raised over $20 million in contributions.  He also is treasurer and a board member of National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
