We are currently looking for both entry level and experienced Auditors in our Gainesville, Ocala, Orlando, Tallahassee and Sarasota offices.
Below describes our Senior Audit Associate position. Essential functions and requirements will vary based on the position level.
Essential Functions and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years recent public accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited 4 year University

Licensed CPA or CPA candidate, preferred but not necessary

Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagement of clients
-
Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners as well as manage assigned tasks

Client interaction to ensure efficient information flows from client to auditing team

Provide high quality, professional day to day expectations of audit engagements and projects in line with firm expectations

Develop audit programs, working papers and audit reports
-
Assist in preparing risk assessments and annual audit plans for clients

Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and communicate findings to client management

Help keep the team on task and work within set deadlines

Prepare compiled, reviewed and audited work papers and financial statements

Strong knowledge and experience of audits
-
Apply working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures

Demonstrated supervisory experience

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be a self-starter

Good communication and computer skills

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Must maintain strict client confidentiality
